How to Request Deletion
- Use the in-app account deletion option, if available, or
- Email us at info@vetumnata.com from your registered email address.
What to Include in Your Request
- Your registered name
- Your registered phone number or email address
- A short request asking us to delete your account
What Happens After Deletion
- Your profile and account access will be removed.
- Your personal information will generally be deleted within 30 days.
- Some limited records may be retained where necessary for legal, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or security reasons.
